HOSPITAL CHARACTERISTICS

In 2013-14, 48.4% (137) of all Acute and psychiatric hospitals had a dedicated day surgery unit and 32.2% (91) had a rehabilitation unit. Acute and psychiatric hospitals in Queensland were the most likely to have a dedicated day surgery unit (57.4%).
